Just want to say hi and let you know that your work is beautiful. One day I will learn to do the things you do. You are very talented. Chef Beno talk a lot about you and respect you a lot.
I also heard about you from your friend Rae Brenan, which is also a good friend mine. Rae also respect you a lot and always said good things about you.
